Cochonoma... Herpes with secondary infection(2). But there are deep painfull sores (1) on scrotum which make think about venereal chancroid (herpes is not so deep) Patient had also inguinal lymph node (see carousel)... Testicule are enlarge and painfull making think about epididimitis/orchitis... Patient die 2 days after admit making me unsure of any diagnosis...
